Family United with Redemption

“Sometimes you will never know the value of something, until it becomes a memory.”

Family is Forever

Make the memories last

“Memory is sweet. Even when it’s painful, memory is sweet.”

About

F.U.R. is an outreach program that began with the loss of our little girl Luna. Losing her left a deep impression on us. In memory of her, and for the memories of others past, present, and future, we want to help you solidify those memories with your furry family members, and learn of the redeeming power of Jesus, so you can spend the rest of eternity with them. We aim to educate and help people find that peace and comfort knowing their furry friends are patiently awaiting to be reunited with you in heaven.

The Mission and Promise

F.U.R. is our way to help people understand that their furry companions will be safe, comfortable, and happy after they leave our side. The Holy Bible is our guide, and our promise. Our pets are innocent of the sin of man, and so, will be in eternity with God. We can be with them in eternity, but only if we choose to have faith in Jesus and His sacrifice for all of our sins. Make that decision to join Jesus in eternity, for your own sake, and for your furry family, so that you never have to be separated again.

Let us Help you

We will outlive most of our furry friends, and as pet parents ourselves, we here at FWS want to help those of us left behind to make the most of the memories of our furry family members. I want to see my furry family members again, and I'm sure you do too. To help bring a greater understanding, during our photo shoots, you'll be able to ask biblical questions, and we will provide answers as best we can, and point you towards resources to help further.

Let's journey together and create those lasting memories.

Isaiah 65:25

The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the LORD.

Predator and prey alike will enjoy each others company, and they will dine on things grown of the earth.

Romans 8:21

Because the creature itself

also shall be delivered from the

bondage of corruption into the

glorious liberty of the children

of God.

All creatures will no longer be in corruption.

Our bodies will all be perfected and free of disease.

Revelation 5:13

And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.

Every creature, in heaven and beyond will praise the Lord. Heaven will include animals, and its reasonable to assert that because our God is just, loving, and merciful, that our furry family members will number among those who praise the Lord.

Psalm 36:6

Thy righteousness is like the great mountains; thy judgments are a great deep: O LORD, thou preservest man and beast.

Man and beast is preserved. They are saved. They were innocent to begin with, and suffer only because man sinned in the garden of eden. Just as a newborn baby that passes is innocent and winds up in the arms of the Lord, so do innocent animals, as they are innocent through their whole lives.

Luke 3:6

And all flesh shall see the salvation of God.

Not just some flesh, but all flesh. All will be present to witness God. All flesh is all encompassing, and includes our furry friends. You can rest assured they are patiently waiting to see us again.

There are many more verses in the Bible that indicate God's love and care for animals, and their presence in heaven and eternity. Your furry family members are innocent and will be in heaven, and they will be patiently awaiting your arrival. Losing them is so very hard, but you can trust in the Word of God and be certain you will see them once more by believing in Jesus.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Ephesians 2:8-9  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.

There are so many more verses that indicate that the way to God and heaven is through faith in Jesus. Works won't get you to heaven. It's a free gift given by God's love for us. We can choose to join Him in eternity and be with God as well as our beloved pets. That choice is ours to make. They will be there for certain, but we have the responsibility of choice. If you want to be sure you'll see your furry family members again, then the choice is clear. Have faith in Jesus. That's what we are called to do.

If you want to be certain you will see your pet again once they are gone from our presence on earth, you can make the choice to join them in heaven when your time comes. There is only one way to heaven, and that is through faith in Jesus and acceptance of the grace He offers us. Jesus sacrificed himself and paved a path towards eternity because He loves us. He died for our sins so that we can be spared the permanent separation from Him. Being in Heaven with Jesus will be a greater experience than anything before on this earth.

Can you imagine their little tails wagging in joy as we walk up to the Lord of Glory, with them knowing they get to spend the rest of forever with us? Can you imagine the sounds of excitement and glee that will come out of their mouths as we are once again able to hold and pet and play with them?

If it is your desire to be with Him, and to spend forever with your furry friends, we have written a prayer of faith below that you can speak out loud, or in your heart if you want to make that commitment. As long as you are honest and earnest in your request, you can be certain God will hear you, and that your separation will be temporary. You can make the choice today to follow Jesus, to accept His forgiveness, and to ensure you will see your beloved little friends again. Heaven is a grand place. Our God is a loving God. He wants us to be happy, and we surely will be together with Him.

Prayer

You can take the first step by praying to God along these lines "Father in heaven, I know I am a sinner, and I ask for your forgiveness of my sins. I want to be cleansed of my uncleanness by the redeeming blood of Jesus. I want to join you in eternity with the rest of our family in Christ. I believe that Jesus died on the cross, and rose again 3 days later as payment for our sin. Please guide my life going forward, until the day we depart this earth to be with you, and forever after. Thank you Lord. Glory to you forever and always. Amen."

YOUR PETS WILL REJOICE

You can go forward following the scripture in the Bible, and live your life for Christ. One day we will depart this earth, and we will rejoice as we meet our savior, and those who departed before us. I personally believe our pets will be waiting by His side as we stand before God in heaven, and our beloved pets will be rejoicing that their best friend has returned to them.

FAQ

What should I bring to the photo shoot?

You can bring whatever you want for the memory you want to achieve. The photo is a memory of you and your pet. You can bring toys, you can bring an outfit you want them to wear, you can bring whatever you want to help capture that special moment in time.

When are you available to do a session?

As this is a project we do in our spare time, this session has limited availability and is currently only once a week. You can see our booking schedule to set up a time.

What areas will you service?

We will travel to the Arcadia, CA and surrounding areas. We prefer to shoot in public locations, but we may, for indoor pets, agree to a private shoot location such as a home (we will have to request additional information from you for indoor shoots). You can contact us for more details to work out a time and location.

What is the flow of a typical session?

We will arrive at a location (a park for example), and discuss the photos you want to capture. We will then select an area that looks like it will be a good spot to get the photo. During the shoot you will be directed with what we need from you, and what we need from your pet. Also during the session, there will be a discussion of the Bible, the Cross, and Eternity. We want to do our best to be sure that when it comes time for you and your friend to depart, that its not a permanent separation.

How long will a photo session take?

Sessions should be expected to last between 30 minutes and 1 hour. They could be shorter or longer depending on how well your pet cooperates to get the desired photo. Be sure to set aside enough time for yourself and your furry friend.

How many photos and when will we receive them?

Our goal is to get around 3 professionally edited photos delivered. This is a free service provided in our spare time. We want to help as many people as we can to make these memories with their pets, and to secure their eternal future with Jesus and their furry friends. We will work to deliver your photos within 2 weeks, where you will then be able to download them and have them printed if you wish.

What if my desired location is unavailable?

You should select 2 to 3 locations for your session as a backup in case the session is not possible where you originally were hoping.
If the weather is bad, or if there is some sort of circumstance preventing us from proceeding with the session at the desired location, then we can go to another location of your choice in the nearby area. Failing that, in some cases, rescheduling may be an alternative.

What type of pets are allowed?

While the page above says suggests furry friends, we recognize that not all pets may have fur. We are equipped for a standard style of photography, so most pets should be able to be accommodated. We do ask that regardless of what kind of pet you have, that you keep them under control for everyone's safety.
